We offer services on this website. The price of these services is customized based on your needs, which means that we will provide you with a quote after we determine your needs. This price does not include taxes or other fees that you may be charged. Pricing is based on size and condition of the vehicle.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We want to make sure we keep every customer satisfied with not only the quality of job but also with the timeliness of the service. Our daily schedules are often booked and timed exactly right in order to get to as many customers as possible. To ensure this, we ask that any cancellations be made with at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the appointment date will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours or more of notice will incur a $25 fee. Cancellations made with reasonable explanation will be taken into consideration for rescheduling without incurring a $25 fee. If our team cancels an appointment or has to reschedule without giving 24 hours or more advance notice, the customer will receive 10% off their next service. However, our team does reserve the right to cancel due to fraud or inaccuracies in the details you provide about your vehicle. If any deposits are given and Detail Driven has to cancel a service, those will be refunded.
DEPOSITS
We may ask you to provide a deposit for the services offered on our website. A deposit is a payment made to reserve those services. Because booking a job means we block off our calendar for you, your deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel, but you will be able to reschedule. However, if our team cancels, we will issue you a refund of the deposit that you made unless you decide to reschedule.
